I finally found a new coffee maker I could dig and the carafe broke :(...I spent hours at Walmarts and Targets looking for replacements. Thank you AMAZON and Cuisinart for having this replacement. It works great and I can enjoy my coffee once again!!

The cuisinart replacement carafe was a gift to our hosts for taking us in during hurricanes Gustav and Ike. Like most busy people, they hadn't gotten round to ordering it themselves and were using a much inferior coffee maker. I checked out the model number, ordered it and the carafe arrived in Memphis a few days after we'd returned to New Orleans. Everyone is happy.
Fresh hot coffee once again Sep 30, 2008
This replacement carafe was exactly what we were looking for. It was a perfect fit for our coffee maker and it was nice to have fresh coffee again when we get up in the morning. Also, it arrived much earlier than the scheduled date, so that was a nice surprize as well. The price was a little bit more than other sites, but the shipping was free, making this an excellent buy.

I shopped at the normal places, Macy's, Lowe's. They all had coffee makers but no carafe. Ordered on Friday, received on Monday. Price was cheaper than going to the manufacturer.

Not much more to say. This carafe is exactly like the one that came with our DCC-1200 coffee maker when we bought it new. My wife broke the glass on the original and instead of having to shell out $80 to replace the entire coffee maker, this made for a great and affordable solution. Coffee maker is back to 'like new'
